Multi-layer COEX technology The engineering safety barrier for pesticides and active solvents
A 5-layer structure reduces oxygen and solvent permeation by up to 99.9% and preserves active-ingredient stability under demanding storage conditions.
Oxygen and gas isolation
An integrated EVOH barrier prevents solvent and pesticide permeation.
Integrated wall structure
Multi-layer protection from high-density virgin polymer.
Zero paneling
Structural engineering resistant to negative pressure and temperature change.
Extended shelf life
Protects pesticide and fertilizer active ingredients from oxidation and leakage.

Layer 1: outer high-density polyethylene (Outer HDPE)
External protection against impact, UV radiation and abrasion during transport and storage.
Zero-paneling engineering (Zero Paneling)
Zero Paneling means preventing the wall from collapsing inward after filling or during thermal storage. It is achieved by balancing layer thicknesses and bond strength between HDPE and EVOH, with supporting shoulder geometry that distributes stress.
The result: a stable container shape, no volume loss and improved logistics safety during stacking and long-distance shipping.
